Shipping to the Continental United States:

Your satisfaction is very important to
us, and therefore, we take as much care in shipping your order as we do in
making our beautiful and delicious gourmet chocolate dipped Strawberries, Apples
and Bananas. Please familiarize yourself with our shipping policies before you
order so that your gift will arrive safe and sound. We offer overnight shipping
so you can select a specific delivery date that works best for you.
Because temperatures vary across the country, and in order to ensure premium
quality upon arrival, we do not to ship over the weekend.. For this reason, we
cannot guarantee Monday deliveries. Please do not select a Ship Date that is a
Monday, a Saturday or a Sunday; we cannot ship orders on the weekend. For
example please place your order on Monday for Tuesday’s arrival. Please call us
at 813-341-2328 if you have any questions.
Our chocolate covered fruit is created the same day as the order leaves our
store for your desitination. Getting it to you or your recipient as fresh as it
is the day it’s made requires that we use extreme care in our shipping
processes. Our gourmet products are packed appropriately in climate controlled
packaging to ensure freshness and quality each and every time for a beautiful
presentation and a delicious gift.

Important Information
FedEx® is our preferred shipping vendor and may require a signature for
delivery which is at the discretion of the driver. Deliveries to
businesses occur between 9am and 5pm and deliveries to residences occur
between 9am and 8pm. During peak shipping periods carriers may change
priority delivery times.

Flowers to Eat confections are consistently the finest available on the
market. Every gift is made to order, so you will always be sending the
freshest gift possible. If you are not 100% satisfied we will refund
your money.
Nationwide Shipping
We ship year-round throughout the Continental United States. While we
can not deliver outside the United States, we can take orders from
anywhere in the world for US delivery. We do not ship to Alaska,
Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.. We also do not deliver to Post Office boxes,
Hospitals, APO/PO, and Rural Routes.
Delivery Restrictions
Because our carriers do not pick up on
Saturday or Sunday, Mondays are not available delivery days. Orders
will be delivered Tuesday through Friday. Orders for delivery in the
Tampa area may be delivered Monday through Saturday. Our carriers do
not deliver on New Years Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day or the
day following these holidays. Our carriers are also closed on 4th July,
Memorial Day, Labor Day, and as a result cannot delivery the day
following these holidays.
Shipping to a Business Address
Please let your recipient know to expect a perishable (and delicious!)
package. Flowers to Eat is not responsible if the business is closed
and the carrier is unable to deliver the package. For business
addresses, please include as much information as possible including
company name, telephone number, suite or room number, recipient's name
and department, if applicable.
Overnight Delivery
All orders placed by 1pm ET will be processed the same day. Orders
placed after 1pm ET will be processed on the next business day. Please
note that Overnight Delivery orders placed after 1pm ET on Thursdays
will not ship until the following Monday.
Gift Ready Packaging
Every shipment comes with an attractive
gift card. Bows & gift boxes are included with all of our products.
How You Can Help Us Get the
Delivery Right
Give us the recipients full street
address and telephone number. Carriers will often leave the package at
the front door if no one is home to receive the package. Our safe
packaging will keep our products deliciously fresh. Whenever you send a
Flowers to Eat perishable package, it helps to send a note letting them
know that something sweet is coming their way.
